Beginning Oct. 12, 2009 TFBCS is thrilled to announce a second support group meeting location and a formal partnership with Gilda’s Club of Louisville.

Join us the second Monday of each month for a free dinner at 6:00 PM and the support group meeting following 6:30 – 8:00 PM.

Grant was awarded by the Caesars Foundation of Floyd County Indiana

We are excited to announce that our initial grant was awarded by the Caesars Foundation of Floyd County Indiana.  Together For Breast Cancer Survival extends a sincere thanks to the foundation for helping us to reach more men in Floyd County.  We were awarded $2,500 and will always remember that Caesars Foundation were the first to provide financial support.

Together For Breast Cancer Survival would like to thank Tri Kappa Sorority for their generous donation of $400.  Tri Kappa is a sorority at Indiana University Southeast.  We sincerely thank them for their generosity and support!

Members participated in the Susan G. Komen, Race for the Cure and the Making Strides Against Breast Cancer in Louisville, KY.  Oct 2007 as well as Relay for Life in May 2007.

The 6th annual Christmas Dinner will be held in December 2008

Christmas Dinner
Partners will hold it's 6th annual Christmas Dinner in Louisville, KY. This is a special event that includes the men and their loved ones. It's special because the women have an opportunity to meet one another and better understand the support group. Each women is given a beautiful rose at the end of the dinner in honor of their strength, survival and our love.
